Spam Casserole!
1 pkg curly (egg) noodles - cooked & drained
1 Cup cottage cheese
1 cup (or more to taste) sour cream
1 small onion, grated
garlic salt to taste
1 can spam, diced
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees until heated through. Deeelish!

ReplyDeleteSPAM? I once went to a SPAM carving contest. The SPAM Museum is near where my parents live. But...I'm not yet a fan of eating it. :)
